Based on the concept of data-driven behavioural change, ODIN Engage is an app that presents individualised performance data for everyone in the organisation. The app is simple and intuitive which enables anyone to understand their performance as well as where they need to improve.

A mobile app that supports communication and engagement around employee wellness. Create and manage surveys and quizzes, share company policy information, as well as information or updates relevant to each employee role.

Individualised performance data

Simple metrics that are aligned to each role in the organisation, allowing each person to see where they can improve. Compare against team averages or departments and view current state of metrics against past, to better understand where the individual is trending, better or worse.

Gamified performance management

Individual and team-based performance to be communicated in an interactive game-based context to be a catalyst for healthy competition and motivation. Individuals are also supported by near real-time incentivisation, tailored to company requirements.
